Team training at Sonder Performance is built on the belief that athletes need more than physical strength to thrive. They need mental resilience.
As a former college athlete, I experienced both sides of the game: seasons where confidence and drive were unshakable, and seasons where injury and adversity challenged everything I thought I knew about myself. While things appeared fine on the outside, mindset support became just as critical as physical training.
That experience shaped how we train.
My Approach
Our team programs integrate strength training and mindset development to help athletes build confidence, handle pressure, and navigate setbacks — equipping them for the moments in between and the lives they will live beyond athletics.
Because strong teams are built from strong bodies and strong minds.
